Cross Staff Jewellery Lifetime Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage: Cross Staff ("we", "our", or "us") offers a lifetime warranty on all our jewellery pieces against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty begins on the date of purchase.

What's Covered:

1. Any manufacturing defect in the material or craftsmanship.
2. Any malfunction of clasps, settings, or other integral parts of the jewellery piece under normal use conditions.
3. What's Not Covered:
4. Damages resulting from mishandling, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, alterations, or lack of care.
5. Normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, or the natural tarnishing of metals.
6. Lost or stolen pieces.
7. Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, perfumes, corrosive agents, or any substances that could harm the jewellery.
8. Any indirect or consequential losses.

Making a Claim: If you believe your jewellery has a defect covered under this warranty:

1. Contact our Customer Service team with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. info@crossxstaff.com
2. Provide clear photographs of the affected area.
3. Once approved for warranty service, you'll receive instructions on how to send your piece to us for assessment and repair.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from Cross Staff or an authorised Cross Staff dealer.
2. All warranty claims are subject to assessment by our expert team.
3. Cross Staff reserves the right to void the warranty if the item has been handled against our care instructions or repaired outside of Cross Staff authorized centres.
4. If a product is replaced or repaired under this warranty, the replacement item will continue to be covered for the remaining time of the original warranty period.
5. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK.

Miscellaneous: Any disputes arising out of this warranty shall be governed by UK law. This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
