Order Processing:
Orders before 15:00 on business days are processed and are out for delivery that day. Orders after 15:00 on business days are processed next day and are out for delivery next day. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed, options for tracking and shipped.

We currently offer the following shipping options:
Domestic (United Kingdom)
TP - Standard: 2-3 Days Delivery: 2 -3 day delivery time estimates for £4.00 with tracking from our carrier Royal Mail
C24 - Express: 1-2 Days Delivery: 1 -2 day delivery time estimates for £6.00 with tracking from our carrier Royal Mail
International (Ireland)
IPT - International Tracked: 1 -7 working days delivery time estimates for €8.00 with tracking from our carrier Royal Mail
Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are based on the weight and destination of your order. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping:
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders exceeding £60. This offer applies automatically to your cart once the total value of your order reaches or surpasses this amount.
International Shipping:
We currently ship to UK and Ireland only. International shipping rates are based on the weight and destination of your order and will be calculated at checkout in the future.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and other charges that are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.
